I have included a simple scenario case study, but if you have a work related project that you would rather substitute – then go ahead, as it is execution of the exercises that teach you to apply the knowledge – so don’t skip over them! As an example, suppose you work for the construction industry and you are handy with tools and DIY. You could substitute the case study with building an extension on your house.

You will find I have included a left-hand Notes margin. You will absorb the material much easier if you use the Notes space to jot down any summaries or ideas as you complete each video section. I encourage you to use it regularly tocapture key points or thoughts/ideas as you absorb the material. I strongly suggest that you set out a simple study schedule ( Your Project Plan!) to complete my Project Management Primer. As a minimum - at least two evenings a week, and a few hours over each weekend.
